The Y2K Pro is a limited-edition sneaker made from 10 discarded plastic bags, 12 recycled plastic bottles, and industrial rubber waste. Every component, including the glue, is completely vegan. The design features original artwork by Santanu Hazarika, inspired by the mangroves of Odisha. His illustration reimagines the mangrove as both protector and nurturer of life, drawing from local culture and ecology. Each pair comes in a reusable tote made from four plastic bottles and a recycled paper box dyed with waste coffee grounds and embedded with basil seeds. 10% of every purchase goes towards the mangroves regeneration pledge by Signature packaged drinking water, a commitment to restore over 62 acres of mangrove cover in Odisha.
